Dr Thomas Sealey BChD, MMedEd, MSc Endo, is a highly respected cosmetic and restorative dentist with a reputation for thoughtful, ethical care. He is one of only 15 dentists in the UK to hold Full Accreditation with the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the highest level of professional recognition within the BACD.
This achievement reflects years of dedicated clinical practice, ongoing education and a clear commitment to natural-looking results. Patients value Tom’s measured approach, attention to detail and ability to create smiles that feel balanced, confident and true to the individual.
Tom qualified from Leeds University in 2006. He spent over eight years in NHS dentistry, building a strong foundation in general dental care before moving into private practice. Today, he brings that depth of experience to Grange Green Dental Practice, where he focuses on refined cosmetic and restorative treatments within a relaxing clinical environment.
Outside the clinic, Tom lives locally with his wife Lucy and their young family.

Tom is the co-inventor and co-owner of SmileFast, an innovative cosmetic dentistry system developed to make smile transformations more accurate, comfortable and conservative.
SmileFast combines advanced composite materials with digital smile planning, allowing patients to visualise results in advance and proceed with confidence. Since its launch in 2018, the system has been adopted internationally and has now trained over a quarter of UK dentists in modern cosmetic techniques.
Tom regularly lectures across the UK and internationally, teaching dentists how to deliver ethical, minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry using the SmileFast approach.
